Icebreaker Wants You: to Win a Trip to New Zealand

A free trip for two to a spectacular New Zealand merino ranch is being offered online until Dec. 28, 2008 at www.Icebreaker.com.

The trip is made available by Icebreaker, the world's leading merino technical outdoor apparel, as a promotion for its new "Baacode" program, which invites customers to trace their garments starting from the Southern Alps of New Zealand, where they can see the living conditions of the sheep, meet the high country farmers who run the sheep stations, and follow through the production process that turns premium merino fiber into Icebreaker's cool, athletic garments.

Trip details: No purchase is necessary. All entrants consent that they are over the age of 18. The prize package includes two economy return flights (LAX or San Francisco to Christchurch, New Zealand), 1 night accommodation at a merino sheep ranch, 5 night's accommodation and 5 days rental car hire (as arranged by Icebreaker at their discretion, in consolation with the winner), and $US 2,000 spending money. The prize must be booked before 1 June 2009 and completed by 1 June 2010. Winners may not fly during the months of December or January. The promotion is open to all US states but excludes the state of Rhode Island. Prize will be drawn on the 20th of January 2009, and the winner will be notified by email. Complete details at www.icebreaker.com/site/campaigns/baacode_US/baacode_US_tc.html.

About Icebreaker
Launched in 1994, Icebreaker was the first company in the world to develop a merino wool layering system for the outdoors. It was also the first outdoor apparel company in the world to source merino direct from growers, a system it began in 1997. There are now 10 distinct pure merino fabrics in the Icebreaker system, covering underwear, mid layer, and outerwear.

Icebreaker is sold in nearly 2,000 stores in 24 countries throughout Europe, Asia, Australasia and North America. Based in Wellington, New Zealand, Icebreaker uses only pure merino hand-picked from 120 high country stations in the country's Southern Alps to create edgy outdoor clothing that combines nature's work with human technology and design.
